  • Complains, compliments and suggestions should be forwarded to respective office holders through the Chairperson Public Complaints Committee and in case of appeals, to the Vice- Chancellor.
  • Complains, compliments and suggestions should be channeled through via telephone, letters, e-mail and Suggestion box.
  • Confidentiality and privacy shall be respected.
  • All feedback shall be addressed within fourteen (14) days.
