Registrar's Desk

The Administration and Planning Department is responsible for general administration and planning of the University.

Human Resource

The Department is headed by Mrs. Rose Matolo who coordinates HR Systems and functions in line with the MksU Human Resource Policy and in consistent with the University Strategic Plan.

Procurement and Stores

Machakos University Procurement Department was established pursuant to Section 45 & 47 of the Public Procurement & Asset Disposal Act 2015.

Finance

The Machakos University Finance department is charged with the responsibility of advising the management on prudent financial management and compliance to the applicable Public Finance regulatory framework.

Planning Department

The Department has 3 service sections namely; Transport, Cleaning and Environment, Repairs and Maintenance.
