Ms. Catherine Muli is a Procurement Officer with More than 9 years of experience in ensuring compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and overseeing the preparation and implementation of Procurement and Disposal Plans.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Purchasing and Business Logistics from Daystar University and a Diploma in IT and Business Management from Jomo Kenyatta of Agriculture and Technology.

She is Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
