1. SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE (Maximum 300 words) | |
I have served as the Registrar Administration and Planning of Machakos University (MKsU) since August 2018 to date and acted in the same capacity from March 2017 to July 2018. I acted as the Dean of Students of Machakos University College and later MKsU from September 2012 to March 2016.Before upgrading of Machakos Technical Training Institute (MTTI) to Machakos University College, a Constituent College of Kenyatta University, I was appointed by Teachers Service Commission and Served as the MTTI Dean of Students from 2008 to September 2012.While performing the administrative duties in both MTTI and MKsU I also carried and have continued to perform duties as a teaching staff of the two institutions.
Besides, from June 2001 to June 2005 I took a leave of absence to Kampala in Uganda where I was admitted to a master’s degree programme in Makerere University and later a Post Graduate Diploma in Uganda Management Institute University. Before then I served as the Principal Kyethivo Girls and Muthetheni Girls Secondary schools from 1995 to 1998 and 1999 to 2001 respectively. |
